Phil Mower is a solutions-focused UX and digital product designer with a pragmatic approach to enhancing digital products for startups and scaleups. They began their career as a freelance web designer and developer from 2006 to 2008 and then served as a senior interaction designer at iPrinciples from 2008 to 2014. Phil held the position of senior UX designer at Rocketmakers Limited from 2014 to 2020 and currently leads design as the Head of Design at Rocketmakers since 2020. Phil earned a BA(Hons) in Graphic Communication from Bath Spa University between 2004 and 2007.
