Lotte Hill has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Lotte started their career at the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2011, specializing in the authorizations department. During this time, they gained experience in call handling, confidential client liaison, and inter-branch liaison. In 2013, they joined PC World as part of the KnowHow team, primarily focusing on customer service and technical support. Lotte had responsibilities such as dealing with complaints, refunds, repairs, and basic technical queries. In 2015, Lotte transitioned to RocketMill as a Bid Media Executive, where they managed daily account management and performed bid management on PPC accounts within Google AdWords. Lotte also had experience in creating and implementing campaign builds on various network channels. Lotte gradually progressed within RocketMill, working as a Senior Paid Media Executive, Paid Media Manager, Media Director, and currently as the Head of Media. In these roles, they were responsible for planning and delivering campaigns, managing e-commerce and lead generation clients, and creating media plans across different channels like search, social, display, radio, and OLV. Lotte also had strong analytical skills, particularly in Google Analytics, and offered data-driven insights to solve problems within paid media platforms.
