Whitney Oesting

Whitney Oesting is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting On Demand, Strategic Search & Direct Hire at RocketPower and as a Member of Talent Collective, Whitney previously held the position of Practice Lead at Aerotek for nearly a decade, where notable achievements included promoting nine recruiters to advanced leadership roles and winning multiple awards such as the 2017 Central Valley "Impact Player" Award. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Sports Medicine from Loyola Marymount University, Whitney also contributed to the sports community as a Water Polo and Swimming Coach and a Swim Instructor before focusing on recruiting. Whitney's strategic approach to mentoring and developing talent has made a significant impact in various markets, including a successful relocation to Fresno, CA to build the Industrial market.
