Julia Kimmel

Julia Kimmel has a wealth of experience in recruiting and people operations. Julia began their career in 2013 as a Business Development and Marketing Recruiter, Business Recruiter, and Recruiting Coordinator at Betts Recruiting. In addition, they held an Outreach role at Hip Hop For Change and a Public Relations role at Divisi Women's A Cappella. In 2016, they moved to Salt as a Senior Recruiter and in 2017, they became a Customer Success Lead at Dynamic Signal. In 2018, they joined ConsenSys as Head of Talent & People - Token Foundry, where they built out processes from scratch and managed all aspects of growth, talent, and HR. In 2019, they became Head of Talent at Pattern Brands, leading the overall growth and talent function. Julia was responsible for developing and implementing onboarding processes, driving people ops initiatives, and recruiting and hiring for all teams. In 2020, they moved to Paxos as Head of Business Recruitment. Finally, in 2021, they joined RocketReach.co as Vice President of Recruiting & People Operations and Director of Recruiting and People.

Julia Kimmel attended the University of Oregon, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Family and Human Services. In 2015, they obtained a Doula certification from DONA International.
