Becca Butler has a diverse work experience across the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, new customer implementation, customer success and fundraising operations.
Becca is a strategic operator and revenue architect, having worked in non-profit, higher-education, and hospitality industries.
In 2003, she worked as a Merchandise Hostess at The Walt Disney Company.
From 2005 to 2007, she served as an Assistant Director at The University of Iowa Center for Advancement.
In 2007, she worked as a Technical Recruiter at Volt Workforce Solutions.
Becca then joined Ruffalo Noel Levitz in 2008 and held multiple roles throughout her 13-year tenure, including Engagement Manager, Engagement Director, Peer Mentor, Senior Operations Manager, and finally, Director of Client Success from 2017 to 2021.
Currently, she is working as a Senior Strategic Account Executive at RocketRez.
Becca Butler obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art & Art History and Spanish from the University of Iowa in 2007. In addition to her undergraduate degree, Becca has obtained certifications in project management, consultative selling, process optimization, high performance management, and organizational design.
