Tim Samson, ICAE, is currently the Head of Product at RocketRez, where they leverage 27 years of experience in the attractions industry to enhance guest experiences through innovative technology solutions. Tim's career began at Cedar Point and included influential leadership roles at Morey's Piers, where they earned marketing awards and led significant modernization efforts. Their focus on solving operational challenges has been shaped by a deep understanding of the industry, honed through various positions from Ride Operator to Director of Marketing. Tim holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, as well as certifications in data analytics and attractions management.
