Rocketsuite Search | Experience the difference.

Founded in 2022 by Nicholas Killeen, Rocketsuite is a premium Search Firm that specialises in Accounting and Finance across Ireland and the US.

At Rocketsuite Search, we provide premium search solutions to businesses across Ireland and North America, helping them uncover and secure the best finance talent in their market. With our deep passion for finance and over a decade of global experience and expertise in finance recruitment, we understand that simplifying the recruitment process with a dedicated, collaborative approach will help our clients build high-performance finance teams.

While others in the industry are always trying to find disruptive ways to be different, we simply invest our time in ensuring our search solutions add real value and are delivered to the highest standard.

We are proud to be providing solutions to some of the most innovative brands globally, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Our Rocketsuite method is simple...

  • We have over 14 years of experience, giving you access to a deep network.
  • Our search methods find hidden talent, dramatically increasing the size of your talent pool.
  • We take your brand to market with a clear and compelling employee value proposition (EVP), engaging high-calibre candidates who may not yet know your business, or that you’re hiring.
  • We test the motivations of our candidates to gauge long-term commitment.
  • We believe in quality, not quantity, so we won't waste your time with candidates that don’t fit.
