Rockfish Bio is a biotech spin-off of the University for Natural  Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna and the Medical University of Vienna  that is centred on the development novel senolytic therapies for the treatment of age-related diseases. 

Our lead candidate RFB01016 offers a first-in-class approach with transformative potential for the treatment of chronic kidney disease, that has an high unmet medical need and an enormous market size. RFB01016 demonstrated outstanding efficacy on all analyzed kidney parameters (GFR, ACR, BUN, NGAL, fibrosis) that was superior compared to the well-studied senolytic Navitoclax.
