Heidi Evaro is an experienced Instructional Designer currently working as a freelancer and at rockITdata since September 2022. Previously, Heidi served as an English Language Teacher at VIPKID from January 2016 to September 2022, where facilitation of Virtual Instructor-Led Training occurred. Heidi also worked as a Foster Care Social Worker at Youth and Family Programs from February 2015 to April 2016, managing a caseload of foster children. Additionally, Heidi has held positions as a College Professor at Doña Ana Community College from August 2019 to December 2021 and at Butte Community College since January 2005, focusing on the design, development, and facilitation of various training programs. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Development & Education and a Bachelor's degree in Child Development with a minor in Latin American Studies from California State University-Chico, along with a certification in Instructional Design and Development from the Applied Instructional Design Academy.
