RAC is setup with an aim to provide world class and cost effective advanced composites part and solutions from our purpose built facility in Sachin SEZ, Surat in the state of Gujarat, India. 
RAC is a subsidiary of Rockman Industries, India’s leading Auto components company (a part of the multi billion dollar Hero Group).  RAC is able to provide end to end advanced composites solutions and acts as a one stop shop from concept to finished part production, covering detailed design, material choice, laminate design, patterns, molds, and jigs design and manufacturing.

We offers volume production, bespoke, prototypes, and short runs. The India based manufacturing facility offers best value advantage whether for that extra special one off or a multi-year series. 
We manufacture various components and prototypes for industries such as Motorsports, Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Wind energy, Medical, and Sporting goods. RAC is ISO 9001 & AS9100D certified.
 
Utilizing our technical staffs’ wide experience, RAC if required can take on full turnkey packages such as - road/race car chassis (sports and single seat) including design, manufacture and testing of crash structures, bodywork, steering wheels, wings, suspension, engine ancillaries‘ (pipes, intake, oil & water tanks), seating, furniture, ladders, electronic boxes, ducting, bicycle frames, component assemblies or individual parts for road and race motorbikes, marine, road and race cars, aerospace, wind turbines, aircraft, helicopters, satellite parts, satellite dishes, scale models, medical, industrial machinery, film camera equipment etc.
RAC works with fibres, resins & sandwich construction and specializes in hand lamination and autoclave or oven curing of parts made from either and /or carbon & glass fibre/epoxy PrePreg.
