Jim Lerro

Jim Lerro has a diverse work experience. Jim started their career as a Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield in June 2010. Jim then joined Altus Group in October 2010, where they served as a Consultant in Research, Valuation & Advisory until July 2012. Following that, Jim worked at SL Green Realty Corp. as a Senior Analyst from July 2012 to April 2014. Currently, they hold the position of VP - Acquisitions and Finance at Rockrose Development Corp, starting in April 2014.

Jim Lerro received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. Jim attended the university from 2006 to 2010, specializing in Real Estate and Urban Economics, as well as Political Science. In 2008, they also had the opportunity to study at Palazzo Rucellai, where they explored Italian Family Business.
