Allison Vigil

Allison Vigil has a long and varied work experience. Allison began their career as a Consultant at Alliance Consulting Group in 1999. In 2002, they joined Gap Inc. (Banana Republic) as a Merchandise Planning Manager, then moved up to become the Director Distribution Planning in the same company. In 2008, they joined Gap Inc. as a Director Inventory Management. From 2011 to 2016, they held various positions at JustFab Inc., including VP Planning & Merchandising (Fabletics), VP Planning - Emerging Brands (Fabletics and Fabkids), VP Planning, Merchandising, Global Sourcing & Operations (Fabkids), and VP Planning, Production and Operations (Fabkids). In 2022, they joined Chief as a Member. Most recently, they held the roles of President, SVP Member Experience, and VP Merchandising at Rocksbox from 2016 to 2022.

Allison Vigil attended Saratoga High School before going on to Harvard University, where they obtained an AB in History and Literature in 1999.
