Heather Kersten

Heather Kersten has over 16 years of experience in merchandising, planning, and production. Heather is currently the Senior Vice President of Merchandising, Planning and Production at Rocksbox since 2021. In 2020, they were an Independent Consultant, working as a Merchandising Leader, Retail and Communications Consultant, and Advisor to a kids fashion start-up. From 2005 to 2020, they were with Gap Inc./ Banana Republic, where they held various roles including Vice President-Omni Merchandising North America and International, Senior Director of Banana Republic International & Franchise Merchandising, Senior Director of Banana Republic Men's Merchandising, Director - Merchandising Manager Men's Knits, Sweaters and Accessories, Senior Merchandiser Men's Sweaters, Merchandiser Men's Sweaters, Assistant Merchandiser Men's Knits and Sweaters, and Distribution Planner.

Heather Kersten earned a BA in Communications with a focus in Public Speaking from California State University, Chico.
