Sharon Cittone is an accomplished founder and CEO of Edible Planet Ventures, established in February 2021, focused on transforming the global food system for sustainability. In addition to leading Edible Planet, Cittone serves as a Mentor at EIC Scaling Club and Rockstart, and holds a faculty position at the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability. As Global Chair of Food Systems Resilience at G100: Mission Million and a Partner at NOW Partners, Cittone plays a pivotal role in advancing food system innovation. Cittone is also a Member of the Complementary Proteins Alliance and a Mentor at 4WARD.VC, while advising Naked Innovations and contributing to the Advisory Board of WFP Italia. Educational credentials include a BA Double Major from New York University and attendance at The Lawrenceville School and the International School of Milan.
