Sofija Bogeva is a seasoned professional specializing in innovation management and social impact, currently serving as StartUp Lead and Program Lead for Agrifood at Rockstart since September 2022. As a co-founder and member of the Executive Board at SmartUp - Social Innovation Lab since March 2016, Bogeva has successfully managed a portfolio of digital and social innovation projects and facilitated various innovation processes, significantly scaling the organization's operations. Previous experience includes the role of Innovation Lead at Skopje Lab, where Bogeva established the lab's framework and secured funding for city innovation initiatives, leading to its transformation into the Skopje Development Institute.
