Lori Frederic is an experienced professional in the field of movement optimization and wellness, serving as the Founder and Lead Movement Ninja at Balance Biomechanics since December 2011, where the focus is on enhancing human movement based on individual biomechanics. In addition, Lori has been an Instructor for the FMT Industry at RockTape since April 2018, teaching kinesiology taping for workplace soft tissue management.
