Atul Soni

Atul Soni started their work experience in 1989 as the Chief Manager - Operations at Escorts Limited. Atul then moved on to work as an Operations Manager at Gujurat Guardian Limited from 1999 to 2003. In 2004, Atul became the General Manager Operations at Thapar Group - JCT Vadodara, where they reduced manpower and power and fuel consumption while enhancing manufacturing capabilities. Since 2013, Atul has been working at Roxul-Rockwool Insullation India Pvt. Ltd, first as the Head of Operations and then as the General Manager Operations. Their responsibilities include production, maintenance, quality, environmental health & safety, and security.

Atul Soni has a Plant Manager Diploma in Management and Technology from Rockwool Technical University in Denmark, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. In 2017, they completed a Certificate Course in Discipline for Execution of Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Atul also holds a Master in Business Administration degree in Organisation Behaviour and Operation Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, which they earned from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, Atul Soni completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University in Thiruvananthapuram, although the specific start and end years are not provided. Atul obtained their Senior Secondary School Examination from Apejay Public School in Faridabad from 1982 to 1984 and their Secondary School Examination from St. Joseph Convent School in Faridabad from 1972 to 1982. In 2017, Atul Soni also obtained a certification in Discipline in Strategy Execution from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
