Markus Niermann

Markus Niermann currently serves as Managing Director of Rockwool Wall Systems, overseeing the ETICS systemholder business across Germany, Poland, the UK, and Switzerland since August 2015. Prior experience includes managing director roles at Knauf Insulation from October 2008 to June 2015, where significant achievements included full P&L responsibility, the merging of Knauf Insulation and Heraklith in Germany, and strategic positioning initiatives. At Danogips GmbH & Co. KG from November 2005 to September 2008, Niermann managed full P&L responsibilities and led the merger of Danogips and Norgips in Germany. Earlier roles include Sales Director at Deutsche Rockwool Mineralwoll GmbH & Co. OHG and Sales and Marketing Director at Euroceramic GmbH, with an extensive career in sales and marketing functions at Deutsche Rockwool. Markus Niermann holds a Diplom-Ökonom degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Ruhr-Universität Bochum, completed between 1985 and 1992.
