Rafael Rodriguez

Rafael Rodriguez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insulation industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Insulation for South West Europe at ROCKWOOL Group since January 2022. Prior roles at ROCKWOOL include Managing Director for Insulation South Europe and Technical Insulation, as well as leadership positions at ROCKWOOL Peninsular and ROCKWOOL Adriatic. Rafael's career began in human resources, serving as HR Director at both ROCKWOOL Peninsular and Faurecia. Educational qualifications include an MBA from IE Business School and a Law degree from the University of Navarra.
