Ralf Schimming

Ralf Schimming has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, primarily with Rockwool Mineralwolle GmbH Flechtingen since October 1987, where roles have included Werksleiter and various managerial positions within production, quality, maintenance, and the offline department. Ralf has led the maintenance department, overseeing both mechanical and electrical teams, while also being responsible for plant safety. Additionally, Ralf served as Project Manager for a Greenfield Factory project at Rockwool International A/S from May 2005 to March 2009, as well as holding the title of Process Engineer during that time.
