Sascha Erhardt

Sascha Erhardt currently serves as Werkleiter at ROCKWOOL Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sascha was a Plant Manager at BASF from January 2022 to May 2023 and at Clariant from August 2018 to November 2021, where Sascha managed the Clariant plant in Schweizerhalle, focusing on additives for the plastics industry and served as a member of the country management team for Clariant Switzerland. Earlier experience includes a position as Betriebsleiter at Evonik from May 2013 to July 2018, overseeing an organosilan operation, and as Lab Manager for R&D, leading the development of silanes for the rubber industry. Sascha holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich (2010-2013) and a Diplom-Chemiker degree in Organic Chemistry from Ulm University (2004-2009).
