Jess Baker is a Senior Scientist at ROCOL, leading the formulations team focused on plant maintenance and process lubricants. In this role, Jess formulates greases and industrial fluids for product development. Previously, Jess worked as a chemist on biocidal wood preservative research and at AkzoNobel, where they specialized in polymer development and maintained vital supplier relationships. Jess graduated with a 1st class Integrated Masters in Chemistry from the University of Leeds in 2016 and serves as a STEM ambassador and committee member for an employee resource group.
