Matt Herb

Matt Herb has a diverse work experience. Matt started their career as a Business Development Intern at Great Turning Advisors, LLC in June 2014. Later, in January 2014, they became a Presenter at Take Your Professor to Lunch/ Coffee. Matt then founded Iroh Pai Sho in August 2011 and worked there until May 2015. Matt joined ROCS Grad Staffing in June 2015 as a Recruiter and later progressed to the role of Account Manager in November 2016. Matt was promoted to Senior Account Manager in October 2019 and is currently serving as the Director of Business Development from November 2022. Throughout their experience at ROCS Grad Staffing, Matt has been involved in providing staffing and recruiting services to companies in the DC area, particularly focusing on college students and recent grads.

Matt Herb attended James Madison University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication. Prior to their university education, they attended Mount Olive High School, although the specific dates and degrees achieved are unknown.
