Ashutosh Agrawal

Ashutosh (Ashu) Agrawal is a Managing Director at TA Associates, a position held since April 2011, and a member of the Core Investment and Portfolio Committees. In addition to the management role, Ashutosh serves on the boards of several companies including Egnyte, Edmunds GovTech, PowerGEM, LLC, Rocscience, Technosylva, iCIMS, VitalEdge Technologies, Radiant Logic, and Planview, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, along with schooling at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram and Cathedral Sr Sec School.
