Thamer Yacoub

Thamer Yacoub currently serves as the CEO and President of Rocscience, a position held since January 2015. Prior to this role, Thamer Yacoub was with Rocscience Inc. from December 1999 to January 2015, where responsibilities included Vice President of Geomechanics Research and Business Development, as well as serving as a Geomechanics Specialist. Thamer Yacoub holds a Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Toronto, completed between 1994 and 1999, and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Baghdad, obtained from 1982 to 1986.
