Elbér Ayoub

Elbér Ayoub has a diverse work experience in supply chain and manufacturing roles. Currently, they serve as the Head of Supply Chain & Manufacturing at ROCSYS, where they are responsible for the company's supply chain and manufacturing operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Supply Chain and Manufacturing Advisor at SenseGlove, supporting their manufacturing output and supply chain processes.

From 2019 to 2022, Elbér worked at Ultimaker in various roles. Elbér served as the Operational Excellence & NPI Manager, overseeing the industrialization of new products and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams. Elbér also worked as a Quality Assurance Manager A.I., managing quality assurance processes. As a Project Manager for Supply Chain & Manufacturing, they played a crucial role in coordinating projects that impacted Ultimaker's supply chain. Earlier in their career at Ultimaker, Elbér worked as the Global Technical Purchasing Manager and Production & Purchasing Manager, focusing on vendor selection and evaluation, as well as production ramp-up.

Elbér began their career at Ultimaker as an Inbound Operator, contributing to the company's production and quality objectives. Overall, Elbér Ayoub has a wealth of experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, project management, and quality assurance.

Elbér Ayoub has a diverse education history with various degrees and certifications. Starting in 2013, Ayoub attended Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Logistics & Economics. In 2017 and 2018, they pursued further education at ICM Opleidingen & Trainingen and obtained a Greenbelt - Lean Six Sigma degree.

In 2019, Ayoub attended Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they completed the Essentials of Leadership program. Later, in 2020, they studied Regenerative Leadership at Regenerators.co.

Moving forward, Ayoub enrolled in the TIAS School for Business and Society from 2021 to 2023, pursuing an Executive MBA. Additionally, in 2023, they attended Politecnico di Milano, focusing on Industry 4.0.

Ayoub also obtained certifications along their educational journey. In 2018, they achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ICM. Furthermore, they completed the Essentials of Leadership program from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in November 2019.
