Ally Goodrich

Ally Goodrich is an experienced professional with a diverse background in student services and hospitality management. Currently serving as the Director of Student Employment and Operations at Purdue University since June 2001, Ally leads initiatives to enhance student life and oversees the student employment program. Previous roles include Director of Conference Sales and Services and Director of Operations & Conference Services at Purdue, managing numerous conferences and generating substantial revenue. As an Executive Consultant for Rodan and Fields since 2016, Ally represents a leading premium skincare brand. Earlier in the career, Ally held various positions at IHG, including Regional Director and Human Resources Training Director, and served in management roles at The Walt Disney Company. Ally earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant Hotel Institutional Management from Purdue University between 1983 and 1988.
