Amber Tepper

Amber Tepper, MS, PHR, is currently the Manager of Talent Management at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where they have developed a robust expertise in human resources. They have held various roles in talent management and human resources, including positions at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, Carlow University, and Vincentian Collaborative System. With a Bachelor’s degree in Community/Public Health from Slippery Rock University and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from La Roche College, Amber has cultivated a strong foundation for their extensive career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
