Beth Hays is currently an Executive Consultant with Rodan + Fields, the leading premium skincare company in North America, where they enjoy the flexibility of working from home and making a positive impact on others' lives. After leaving the corporate world in 2005 due to illness, they discovered a passion for entrepreneurship that allows for personal growth and fulfillment. Previously, Beth owned The Disability Management Group from 1986 to 2005 and has experience as a school psychologist and college instructor, holding a Master of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University.
