Janice Randolph is an Executive Consultant at Rodan + Fields Dermatologists, possessing over 20 years of experience in management, administration, training, and public relations. Janice has previously worked as an Executive Assistant at the Christian Booksellers Association and as a Parenting Project Coordinator at Focus on the Family. Currently, Janice focuses on building a leadership team to promote innovative skincare products. Janice is dedicated to thoroughly training new leaders to help them establish their own organizations within the Rodan + Fields framework. They hold a BA in Social Studies from Harding University.
