Laurie Townsend

Laurie Townsend is a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager currently overseeing large, complex organization-wide corporate projects at Rodan + Fields, reporting to senior leadership and the C-Suite. With over a decade of experience as a Salesforce consultant in various roles—including delivery project manager, requirements gathering, solution design, functional build, testing, and training—Laurie has adeptly navigated both structured agile methodologies and client-focused project delivery. Previously, Laurie held positions at multiple organizations such as Salesfocus Solutions, Astadia, and Groundswell Cloud Solutions Inc, enhancing expertise in Salesforce project implementations and optimizations. Laurie earned a BA in Business Management from Calvin University and continues to leverage lessons learned from past projects to drive success in current corporate initiatives.
