Selin Iskifoglu

Selin Iskifoglu is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Commercial Planning at Rodan + Fields since May 2019, Selin has held multiple roles including Senior Manager and Integrated Marketing Manager. Prior experience includes leading marketing strategy at cliexa and various positions at Avon where significant contributions were made in consumer acquisition, pricing strategy, and cross-team collaboration. Selin also worked at Barilla Group and Dandy Sakız ve Şekerleme San A.Ş., driving brand development and marketing initiatives. Education includes a graduate degree in Marketing and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Marmara University, supplemented by a strong foundational background in Mathematics from Tarsus American College.
