Stephanie Wallace

Stephanie Wallace, SPHR, SCP, has extensive experience as a business owner and leader in the direct sales industry, currently serving at Rodan + Fields since October 2012, where achievements include Lexus Achiever, Mercedes-Benz Achiever, and Premier LV Leader. Prior to that, Stephanie held the position of Director of HR and Communications at Flathead Electric Cooperative from March 2005 to July 2016, managing key departments for Montana's largest electric cooperative. Additional roles include Client Services Manager at Montana West Economic Development, Case Manager at Montana Job Service, and various management positions at Carlson Companies and Carlson Marketing Group. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington.
