Sofia J. is a seasoned senior leader in the humanitarian and development sectors, with over fifteen years of experience beginning in the North Caucasus, Russia. They have held various roles such as Grants Coordinator, Head of Programmes, and Head of Mission across several countries including Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Jordan, and Iraq, working with notable organizations like CARE International and Islamic Relief. Currently, Sofia serves as a Global Grants and Partnerships Advisor for the Norwegian Red Cross, where they focus on creating funding opportunities in the Asia region.
