Steven Smith

Steven Smith is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at RØDE Microphones since July 2017. Previously, Steven held senior HR roles at Qube Ports & Bulk and the City of Sydney, along with contract positions in human resources management at AMT Group Pty Ltd. Steven's career includes significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner at QBE Insurance and an HR Advisor at AAMI. Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from Western Sydney University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
