As a retired New Jersey Law Enforcement Officer, Kevin Cleary understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and situations. Kevin founded RODE (Retired Off Duty Enforcement) Security and Investigations after retirement when he realized that he still had the same passion he had as a police officer to help people in need.

We are a Gloucester County based private security and investigative company offering services throughout the entire state. As ambassadors of protection, our experienced team of professionals embraces its role of providing exceptional, high-quality services to all clients, employees, patrons and community members who work, visit or live at the sites we protect.

In addition, we employ a team of investigators who provide services for corporate clients, law firms, insurance agencies and private clients. We understand the importance of discretion and take pride in our ability to handle and respond to each case in a quick and effective manner. Our experience includes a variety of case types including infidelity, cohabitation, workers comp claims, employee theft, child custody, insurance fraud, personal injury and more.
