Kia Johnson, currently the Program Director at Rodel, has a strong background in education and leadership. Previously, Kia worked as the Partnership Manager at Insight Education Group, Inc. and served as the Executive Director at Great Oaks Charter School in Wilmington. Prior to that, Kia held the position of Dean of Students at Great Oaks Charter Schools NYC. Kia began their career as a Secondary ELA Teacher at Teach For America after earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Hampton University and a Master of Education in School Leadership from Columbia University.
