Rodriguez University (Rodriguez U) prepares Philadelphians and residents across the region for practical, hands on careers that support the infrastructure that keeps our communities running. Our training focuses on the skills needed for surveying, permitting, municipal fieldwork, and other essential entry level roles that lead to stable, living wage career pathways.

Founded by civil engineer, infrastructure leader, and entrepreneur Lou Rodriguez, Rodriguez U connects local talent with real opportunities by aligning our training with employer needs across civil engineering, geospatial services, and municipal operations. Our roots are in Philadelphia, and our curriculum and partnerships also support public works and infrastructure employers throughout the region.
