In 2004, Derick and Steven Rodrozen began a boutique Interior Design firm in Vancouver that specialized in contemporary, modern designs with an edgy yet clean feel. Incorporating space as one of his fundamental design principles. 

Almost 20 years later, Rodrozen Design + Build has re-branded from ‘artful living’ to a full-scale design and build firm. With each year of business building on the last one with experience and inspiration, designing everything from new modern healthy homes to crafting condo redesigns and creative commercial workspaces. 

Our team listens to you, how you live your life, to build your desires while keeping your budget in mind throughout to create the design of your dreams! We primarily utilize fixed-price budgets for our builds, assuming all the financial risk, so you can have peace of mind throughout the process.
