Paul Holt, MBA, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning various industries. Currently serving as Site Human Resources Manager at Roehm since October 2022, Paul specializes in organizational development and talent management at a cutting-edge MMA production facility. Previously held roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at SI Group, where strategic HR support was provided for Texas Operations, and HR Business Partner at Semtech, delivering HR services across multiple countries. Additional experience includes HR leadership positions at Henry Schein, DRS Technologies, Collin County Committee on Aging, and Georgia-Pacific, where Paul developed key HR functions and strategies.
