Fred Sanden

Fred Sanden has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as the Lead Superintendent for ROEM since November 2014, overseeing the development of 387 apartments in San Jose, California, within a project known as a Texas wrap. Previously, Fred Sanden worked as a Superintendent at SummerHill Homes from February 1991 to February 2001, where responsibilities included ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget while supervising subcontractors and managing scheduling. Fred Sanden is an alumnus of Jamestown High School.
