Jesper Esman

Jesper Esman is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Consulting at Roesgaard since October 2017. Prior to this role, Jesper worked at LEGO Group from February 2013 to September 2017, holding various positions including Finance Business Partner for Product and Marketing Development, Finance Manager, and Business Controller. Responsibilities encompassed financial processes for product development, performance management, financial planning, and business case preparation. Jesper began an academic journey at Aarhus University, earning both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Economics. Jesper also participated in multiple international exchange programs and held an internship at the Royal Danish Embassy in Bangkok while actively engaging with AIESEC as Local Committee Vice President of External Relations.
