Peter Nordentoft

Peter Nordentoft is a partner at Roesgaard, specializing in tax law, VAT, and corporate law, particularly in areas such as restructurings, family business successions, and mergers and acquisitions. They have extensive experience advising both domestic and international clients, and teach tax law at Aarhus University while having also lectured at Metropolitan University College. With a history of working at esteemed law firms, including Bech-Bruun and Deloitte, Peter has authored numerous articles and a weekly column on real estate tax in Jyllands-Posten. They hold several law degrees, including an LL.M. from Aarhus University and the University of Bristol.
