Founded in 1971 by Pat Young in Williams Lake with a single truck, today ROGA Contracting has evolved into the expansive ROGA Group. Now commanding a workforce of over 200 dedicated employees and a fleet exceeding 150 pieces of machinery, we proudly deliver a diverse array of services across numerous natural resource sectors.

Embedded in our DNA is a commitment to sustainable growth, steadfastly prioritizing safety and environmental stewardship. This principle guides our industry-leading production methods and practices, ensuring that our services are consistently delivered with utmost safety and cost-effectiveness.

Under the leadership of Troy Young since 2015, ROGA maintains its eminent position as a paramount contractor across natural resource industries. Our success blooms from robust collaborations with Indigenous communities, fostering long-term, impactful relationships. Our expansive portfolio includes critical projects such as TC Energy's Coastal GasLink Pipeline and BC Hydro's Telkwa Pass power line upgrade, reinforcing our industry credibility.

In essence, ROGA Group is not just a contractor; we are a dedicated partner championing reconciliation, certainty, and sustainability both in the boardroom and the field. We seamlessly blend economic value creation, career development, and capacity-building, solidifying our commitment to communities, crews, and partner Nations, making a meaningful difference one project at a time.
