Travis Cole

Travis Cole has extensive experience in security and customer service roles, currently serving as a Security Solutions Engineer and Cyber Defense Incident Responder at IIT - Information & Infrastructure Technologies, Inc. since September 2016. Prior to this, Travis worked at Chili's from November 2012 to September 2016 as a Server, Trainer, and Bartender, enhancing customer dining experiences. As an Assistant Manager at County Cookin from December 2010 to November 2012, supervisory skills were developed by overseeing employees and improving customer satisfaction. Earlier military experience includes serving as a Section Chief and Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps between August 2006 and August 2010, where leadership and logistical management were key responsibilities. Travis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Kaplan University and an Associate of Applied Science in Network Engineering from Laurel Ridge Community College, as well as certification in Information Technology from CABok CyberAssurance Professional Group.
