Abe Jacob

Abe Jacob is a Senior Network Architect at Shaw Communications, specializing in network design and engineering, implementation, and vendor selection. With extensive experience in protocols such as MPLS-VPN, BGP, and OSPF, Abe has a proven track record in developing service templates for automation and delivering non-standard design solutions. Currently, Abe is also a Senior Network Planner at Rogers Communications, where they implement Nokia, Cisco, and Juniper router solutions. Previously, Abe held roles as a Network Engineer at ENMAX Envision and a Technical Support Engineer at Solunet, among others, showcasing a diverse background in network administration and support. Abe holds multiple degrees in networking, physics, and public administration from institutions including the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and the University of Kerala.
