Donna Henschell has extensive experience in customer care and team management, primarily at Rogers Communications since March 2001, where the current role is eCare Supervisor. Prior experience includes positions as a Loyalty Care Supervisor at Shaw Communications (June 2008 - August 2012) and as a Customer Care Supervisor/Manager at CIBC (March 1988 - October 1999).
