Eric Smith is a seasoned broadcaster and journalist with extensive experience in sports media, primarily focusing on basketball. Since October 2002, Eric has served as a broadcaster, host, and NBA analyst for Rogers Sportsnet, where also contributes as a columnist for Sportsnet.ca. Additionally, Eric has been the play-by-play voice for the Toronto Raptors on Sportsnet 590 the FAN since January 1997 and hosts the "Smith and Jones" radio show. Eric previously hosted the debate-style program "DOUBLE DRIBBLE" on NBA TV Canada and was a regular panelist on "Full Court Press." Prior to these roles, Eric provided insights as a basketball analyst on Global Television's "Sportsline." Eric is a graduate of Humber College, having studied from 1994 to 1997.
