Jeff Smith is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience at Rogers Communications, where Jeff has held various leadership roles since 2003. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Journeys, Jeff leads initiatives focused on enhancing customer engagement. Previously, Jeff was the Director of the Ombudsman Office, overseeing customer relations for both Rogers Communications and Rogers Bank. Additionally, as a Senior Marketing Manager, Jeff successfully tackled churn issues through strategic initiatives, while also enhancing customer experience as a Senior Manager for Customer Experience Strategy and Process Improvement. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto.
