Michael Ritchie

Michael Ritchie has extensive experience in network management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Network Management at Rogers Communications since June 2004. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing technology processes related to problem and change management, vendor support agreements, operational readiness, knowledge management, and reliability insights. Ritchie has held multiple leadership positions within Rogers, including Director of the Network Operations Center (NOC) East, and various interim director roles. Prior to joining Rogers, Ritchie worked at McDonald's Corporation as an Assistant Store Manager. Ritchie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson University, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
